We will be providing information about your apartment community, rent specials and information about local restaurants, businesses and events. Please check back often, we will still provide our monthly newsletter, as well as making it available to read here, but we will also offer up to the minute information that is not available in the newsletter. We will also speak with local restaurants and businesses and ask if they will offer coupons or specials that you can download from the Restaurants or Business listings in the Residents Corner. If you visit one of these restaurants or businesses and would like to tell others about your experience, please leave comments. All comments will be reviewed and posted, but we reserve the right not publish listings with profanity or abusive language, but we will not censor or control the positive or negative reviews. By setting your preferences to text, you will receive the notification by text. Keep in mind that many cell phone companies charge a per text fee. We will never send more than one Twitter message in a day, unless there are emergency situations that require more frequent updates.
